Q: How does a booking work?

A: A creative director will gather all the details of your event. We set up your event of choice and have it ready upon arrival. We will be at the site to greet you. Once you arrive, we leave you to enjoy your experience for the reserved time. You are responsible for the items until we return to pack them up at the arranged time. You are then free to leave and enjoy the rest of your day or evening. 

Q: What is included?

A: - The picnic packages include styled picnic setting with a picnic basket, rugs/blankets, candles/lanterns, assortment of throw pillows and cushions, (optional) low table or bistro set with table runner or table cloth, plates, linen napkins, flatware and glassware. Use of everything for up to two hours with delivery, set up, pack up and clean up. Floral arrangements, food and drink are added on for an additional cost.

- The outdoor movie experience includes a HD projector (compatible with TV stick, HDMI, VGA, USB, Laptop, iPhone and Android), 100 inch projector screen, Bluetooth speaker, outdoor movie seats, rugs/blankets, assortment of throw pillows and cushions, candles/string lights/lanterns. Add on provisions such as food, drinks, popcorn buffet, candy buffet and s'mores station. Use of everything for scheduled period of time, set up, pack up and clean up.

- The Under The Stars glamping experience includes the igloo/bubble, queen airbed with luxe linens and bedspreads, rugs, candles/string lights/lanterns. Add on floral details, dinner, dessert and breakfast provisions. Use of everything for scheduled period of time, set up, pack up, and clean up.

Q: Is alcohol allowed?

A: We do not offer alcoholic beverages, instead we recommend adding on our signature french pressed juice, a tea set or coffee set.

Q: Can I provide my own food?

A: Yes, you may bring your own food and beverages. We provide tableware for each picnic.

Q: Can you set up anywhere?

A: There may be additional cost if a location isn't within 50 yds of vehicle access or if it's out of a 12 mile radius from our address. Our favorite picnic locations are on the beach or local parks.

Q: What if it rains?

A: Moonfly LLC does not permit any refunds or reschedules for events or items for any reason other than inclement weather as we have held your date, reserved staff and equipment and turned down other events to do so. As an option in circumstances beyond Moonfly LLC’s control involving rain/weather that is not accompanied by a state or local warning or watch Moonfly LLC can set up a canopy cover (doesn’t cover sides, only top) for an additional $25 or we recommend having a backup event location preferably indoors where we can continue the event as planned.

Q: Can we leave whenever we want?

A: If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us a 30 minute notice via phone call or text. You are responsible for the items until we are able to return and pack up.
