MOONFLY PICNIC

We consult with you to create a customized picnic for any occasion with a fully styled tablescape for a party of two or more.

Items that may be included are a premium umbrella or canopy, a low picnic table with rugs and pillows for seating or regular height table and chairs, a tablescape centerpiece with embellishments and florals, individual place settings: chargers, plates, utensils, napkins and beverage glasses, lighting elements and a custom sign. Add-on fresh florals, games, paint kit, balloon decor and other endless options.

STARTING AT $250* for two people, each additional table and guests are additional cost.

OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHT

We call this package “Under the Moon” andit is a complete setup of an outdoor movie experience for you and your guests in your backyard or on the beach.

Items include a seven, twelve or twenty foot screen, smart streaming projector, DVD/Blu-ray player, Bluetooth speakers, chairs, blankets, rugs, pillows and ground level loungers for seating,end tables, custom embellishments, lighting elements and a custom sign. Add-on a popcorn machine, candy buffet, s'mores kit and custom balloon decor.

Let us provide a full glamping experience in your backyard with a four-meter or five-meter bell tent or sun bubble. This includes sleeping arrangements for an elevated queen-sized bed, decorated entrance, lights elements, end tables, custom sign and picnic dining area. Add-on fresh florals, games, fire pit, heating elements, s’mores kit and other endless possibilities.

STARTING AT $389 PER NIGHT*

The bell tent may be added on to other packages with the price starting at $180*.

SLUMBER PARTY

Let us provide a full glamping experience in your backyard with a four-meter or five-meter bell tent for a fun kids or adults sleepover party. This includes room for BYO sleeping bags or add-on twin-size air mattresses, decorated entrance, lights elements and end tables. Add-on themed decorations, games, fire pit, heating elements, s’mores kit and other endless possibilities.

MOONFLY WEDDINGS

We would love to assist you with wedding plans for setup and take down of the wedding altar, ceremony site and reception as well as provide rentals and photo backdrop scenes. We provide day-of-coordinator services, staffing and bartending.

EVENT LOCATIONS

We can set up in your own backyard, at a park or the beach. For the best sunset view, we recommend the beach at 1st Bay Street in Norfolk, VA. where beach access is easy, parking is free and there is low foot traffic. Our favorite park location is at Lake Smith and Lake Lawson on Shell Road in Virginia Beach, VA. For a nice campground we recommend First Landing State Park Campground.
